  • I’ve written a wee guide for working with ethical bloggers and brands! After a couple years in this world now I’ve seen the same misconceptions and questions pop up a lot, so I compiled them into a blog post in the hopes of helping both brand owners and creators in this space. Link is in the bio, I hope you’ll read and give it a share 🌻 also it is all written in a really nice tone I promise! Hope it helps shed some light on things for anyone who may need it 🌱

  • ‘Post punk at it’s best resists simplicity... this aesthetic definitely doesn’t shy away from experimentation. Pastel colours sit alongside abstract, bold prints inspired by artists like Keith sharing. Easily accessible options like black and white mix with a flash of leopard print, a pop of pink, or a bright yellow trim. Contemporary and classic blend together, informed by an infectious curiosity and playfulness’
Full story of @wynad_clothing can be found on the blog now, as well as more rambles on my love for post punk, female empowerment and silk made from lotus flowers! Link in bio 🌸
(And I have a phone again! Hello beloved emojis 🌻🍃🦄)

  • New on the blog: post punk, gender equality and sustainable fashion with @wynad_clothing! I've loved the post punk movement for a long time because nothing is off limits, there's always new things to try out and experiment with when it comes to creativity. This collection really captures that; it's so playful but well thought out, promotes female empowerment and is consciously created too. Plus I love this pink shirt SO much. • Who has tips for getting over jet lag? Any secret home remedies or mindful routines that set your sleep pattern up with ease? My goal is to be awake by 6am, so I'm embracing the reset opportunity, but the 3am wake ups are not ideal. Send advice my way! From tomorrow regularly scheduled blog content also returns, I thought up a whole bunch of new ideas while I was away; featuring craft, tokyo street style and the enneagram (my fave) to name a few. Cant wait to share em all soon!

  • I'm back in the country! And very very tired. Today I visited two of my favourite local businesses (@flatcapscoffee & @settledowncafe if you're interested), I ate fresh veggies, the sun has been shining so bright that I went out in sandals! I wrote a little bit today and did some emails, I have so many posts I can't wait to write when my brain stops being mush. My new (old) phone hasn't quite reached me yet, so instagram access is touch and go, but we'll be there soon (& I'll have emojis again haha). I wrote a lil emotional tribute to post punk and fashion which will be online soon. So it's the litte things ey. Overall, everything is really good.

  • Your fake fur might not actually be fake: over the past year multiple reports have been released, proving that both small sellers and high street brands have been selling 'faux fur' that's definitely not faux, and in some cases is even made from cat and dog hair. I know it's pretty rough to think about, but I've got a post on the blog talking about how and why this happens & what you can do, plus some info on why faux fur really isn't that great for animals or ecosystems either. Link in the bio to read it, let's keep working to make brands more transparent and truly sustainable.

  • Hey gang, sorry I've been MIA on here recently! After years of loyal service my phone is officially on its way to phone heaven. Luckily I have a refurbished secondhand phone from envirophone that should be waiting for me when I'm back in England this week - not only is it a more circular way of doing things, it was much cheaper too! It also means I can't share any of my images from Japan at the moment, so instead here's one of me having a chill/stretch on the floor instead, as you do. And speaking of circular stories, not only do the clothes I'm wearing come from a variety of transparent, sustainable and secondhand sources, but today I also went to Shinjuku & picked up all the equipment I need to continue doing  #kintsugi when I'm home, now that I've learned how! My goal is to one day teach a workshop or two on it myself, as we keep working towards connecting with and continuing the stories of things we bring into our lives. Happy Sunday all <3
