Another super-easy-but-seemingly-super-fancy gift you can make yourself today. Look, who doesn’t love bath time? Especially in this freezing weather (remember when I was in Australia last week? Ah the good days…) So put that bath lovin’ to good use and make some holiday candy cane style bath salts to  give someone that extra fun, but still natural and non-toxic, bath treat this year. As well as being a lovely festive gift, epsom salts in your bath can help to relieve muscle tension, pain, joint inflammation, headaches, abdominal cramps and sore feet. A myriad of benefits! So give this to a bath lover or maybe someone who’s having a physically tougher time for some healthy, christmassy relief. They’ll sure thank you for it.
