Sustainable, Ethical Jewellery [GIVEAWAY!]

Well do I have some exciting news for you. Today Ethical Unicorn is hosting a giveaway! I’ve teamed up with the folks over at Threads Worldwide to choose a beautiful, minimal piece of jewellery that I just knew you guys would love. The best part, it’s ethically made AND sustainable. And it’s free to enter!

Threads Worldwide 2016 Fall Catalog
The Chone Necklace

Introducing the Chone Necklace.

This gorgeous, simple necklace is (believe it or not) made from acai seeds. Threads Worldwide partners with an artisan cooperative in Ecuador that employs artisans who handcraft jewellery from seeds and materials sustainably harvested in the rainforest. The artisans are able to earn an income in their villages instead of leaving to seek work in the cities, which allows them to preserve centuries-old cultural traditions of making jewellery from natural materials. They are also able to keep their children in school, return to school themselves, and make their homes safer and more comfortable.

Pretty neat, huh.

So how do you enter?

It’s simple and it’s free, follow this Link in order to enter today, a winner will be announced on October 1st!

**Note: this giveaway is open to US citizens only

Good luck and happy entering!

Until next time, stay magic y’all.
