I’ve been itching to tell you this one for a while but the day has finally come, Ethical Unicorn is going overseas!

What do I mean by that? Well if you’ve been following this blog for a while you’ll know that outside of my writing here I’m a trained dancer and performer, and this autumn I’m going on tour! I’ve toured before in the days before this website, I spent a significant chunk of last year in the USA with my tour buddy, Madison Mae Parker, but this is our biggest and best tour yet (which is what has also been taking up all my dang time, producing a tour takes a lot of work). Together we’ll be in Singapore, all across Australia, and then I’ll swing by New Zealand on my way home. You can catch our general itinerary below:

So why is this relevant to you? Well, of course, if you’re in the cities we’re performing in you’re welcome to come watch us or shoot me a line and we chat all things ethical in your city. But the coolest thing is that we’ll be able to share the realities of what it’s like to go on tour, and stay ethical. Touring involves a lot of travel, smart packing, eating on the go, adjusting to new environments, and very minimal sleep (yay). It’s a wild ride, and I’m excited to share all the beautiful and interesting things we may find along the way, but a large part of it will also be sharing the realities of ethical living on the go. I know I’m not the only one out there who travels a lot for work (or fun, gap years are a real thing hey). Heck, I know I’m not the only one out there that’s just plain busy and on the go in their own city. So I’ll be sharing our experiences of that on this blog and on instagram.

Also, with every city I end up in I’ll try my best to find the best ethical spots for those who may end up there themselves one day. Whether it be thrift shops, beauty spots or the best food, I’ll do my best to scope out what’s good for you. And of course I’ll share my essential ethical brands that I’m going to be using on a day to day basis, because it is gonna be VERY different to England, aka it will be hot.

If you happen to be in one of the cities we’re visiting and you want to catch the show, you can view the trailer here.

Otherwise, posting will be as regular until late October, and then it’s tour time!

Until next time, stay magic y’all.
